How to use LifePilot — organise, remember, and manage everyday life

Welcome

LifePilot helps you organise important parts of everyday life in one place: tasks, reminders, phone call plans, call trees, contacts, expenses, loans, bills, subscriptions, important dates, notes, journal, menstrual calendar, documents, home items, vehicles, and more.

Everything is stored on your device. No LifePilot account is required to start using the app.

Getting started

LifePilot works fully offline for normal use. Internet is only needed for optional Google Drive backup (Pro), store subscription operations, and opening store / WhatsApp / website links from the menu.

Dashboard, menu & Quick Add

Home shows what needs attention today — tasks, reminders, scheduled calls, call trees, follow-ups, bills, and loans — plus upcoming items for the next few weeks.

Manage: tasks, calls & contacts

Tasks, reminders & follow-ups

Schedule Phone Call

Call Tree

Contacts & Groups

Bulk SMS

Money: expense / income, loans, bills

Life: documents, notes, journal, cycle & assets

Large files are stored as attachments on your device, not inside the database. Drive backups include those files.

Tools: clock, codes, measure & more

Open Tools from the bottom bar. Camera, photos, microphone, and location are asked only when you open the feature that needs them.

Notifications

LifePilot uses local device notifications — not a push server. Times use your phone’s local timezone.

Security, search & calendar sync

Free vs Pro

LifePilot is one application. Free and Pro are entitlements inside the same app.

If Pro expires, your local data is not deleted. Free features keep working; Pro-only features become unavailable until you renew.

Privacy

LifePilot is local-first: no LifePilot login and no LifePilot cloud sync for everyday data. See the full Privacy Policy.
